Victoire de Castellane est une créatrice de bijoux pour la maison Dior.

Femme pleine d’énergie, d’excentricité et d’humour.

Ses bijoux et particulièrement ses bagues respirent la fantaisie, le rêve et la beauté.

En 1982, elle commence sa carrière de créatrice de bijoux au sein de la maison Chanel, elle dessine les collections d'accessoires et de bijoux fantaisie.

En 1997, elle intègre la maison LVMH, et Bernard Arnault lui confie le développement de la joaillerie Dior.

En 1999, la première collection est lancée, le succès est au rendez-vous.

(Ouverture de la première boutique Dior Joaillerie, avenue Montaigne, à Paris.)

En 2006, une exposition est consacrée à ses créations : « La Victoire de Castellane », au Bon Marché.

Her jewels, and particularly, her rings inhale the whim, the dream and the beauty.

In 1982, she began her career of jewels creator within the house Chanel,
she drew the collections of accessories and jewels whim.

In 1997, she integrated the house LVMH, and Bernard Arnault gave her the development of the jeweler’s Dior.

In 1999, the first collection was launched; the success was “au rendez-vous”.

Deborah Kass est née en 1952 ; elle est une artiste américaine dont le travail explore l'identité culturelle. Elle vit à Brooklyn et travaille dans son atelier.Elle a reçu son BFA de Peinture à la Carnegie Mellon l'Université, et elle a étudié au Musée Whitney le Programme d'Étude Indépendant et la Ligue d'Étudiants des beaux-arts de New York.

Le travail artistique de Deborah Kas est dans les collections du Musée d'Art Moderne, le Musée Whitney d'Américain Art, le Musée Solomon R. Guggenheim, le Musée juif à New York, le Musée d'Art à Boston, et, dans de nombreuses collections privées et publiques.

De nombreux articles ont été publiés dans le New-York Times, la presse d'art et dans des livres universitaires.

Je connais bien le travaille de l’artiste Deborah. Depuis plus de vingt ans, j’ai pu voir son évolution. Elle aime se poser des questions sur l’histoire de l’art du XXème siècle. Elle a rendu hommage à Warhol par ses dessins et ses peintures.

Son travail : Quatre grands thèmes font partie de la vie de l’artiste.

Early Work :
Les années 70 et 80, j’appréciais seulement certains tableaux comme la série des « Last Rocks » qui me faisaient penser à des buildings englouties dans la neige ou dans la mer.

Art History :
Les années 90, l’humour est très présent dans ses toiles « Emissions control », ou, « My spanish spring ».

The Warhol project :
Toute la décennie des années 90, ses toiles à la Warhol comme CELEBRITIES avec « Cindy Sherman », THE JEWISH JACKIES SERIES avec “12 Barbras” ou encore “Four Barbras” ; sans oublier aussi COMMISIONNED PORTRAITS, mais surtout ses SELF PORTRAITS « Blue Deb » et « Camouflage ». Je pense que tous les sujets à la Warhol ont été représentés et comme j’aime beaucoup les couleurs « je suis servi ».

New York :
La période que j’aime le plus, un véritable kaléidoscope de couleurs, de formes, de mots. Et oui, j’aimerai bien m’acheter une à deux toiles ou dessins de cette artiste comme « Let the Sun shine », « Little funk »,”Awomanhas….”,”The Beat” et surtout « Sing out Louise ».

Et j’aimerai bien visiter son atelier. De plus, j’adore New York, pas contre je ne connais pas encore Brooklyn et Harlem.

Deborah Kass is an American artist who was born in 1952. Her work investigates the cultural identity. She lives in Brooklyn and works in her workshop.She received her BFA of Painting at the University Carnegie Mellon. She studied at the Museum Whitney, and students' League of the fine art of New York.

The artistic work of Deborah Kass is represented in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the American's Whitney art museum, the Solomon R museum. Guggenheim, the Jewish Museum in New York, the Museum of Art in Boston, and, many private or public collections.

Many articles were published in the New York Times, in the press of art and university books.

I know the works of the artist very well. For more than twenty years, I have followed her evolution. She likes asking questions about the art history of the XXth century. She honored Warhol by her drawings and paintings.

Her work: Four great subjects are a part of the life of the artist.

Early Work :
In the 70s and 80s, I appreciated only pictures as the series of "Last Rocks", which reminded me in the high rises deep into the snow or in the sea.

Art History :
In the 90s, humor is very present in her canvas « Emissions control » or « My Spanish Spring ».

The Warhol project :
All the decade of the 90s, her canvas in Warhol as CELEBRITIES with "Cindy Sherman", TEA JEWISH JACKIES SERIES with " 12 Barbras " or still "Four Barbras"; without forgetting also COMMISIONNED PORTRAITS, but especially her SELF PORTRAITS " Blue Deb " and "Camouflage". I think that all the subjects in Warhol were represented and as I like colors very much "I am served ".

New York :
The period I like the most, a real kaleidoscope of colors, forms, words. And yes, I would like to buy one-two canvas or drawings of this artist as "Let the Sun shine ", "Little funk", "Awomanhas.", "The Beat" and especially "Sing out Louise".

And I would like to visit her workshop. Furthermore, I like New York, but I do not know yet Brooklyn and Harlem.

Femme Verseau, née le jour de la Saint Valentin, d’origine niçoise.
Femme généreuse, j'ai eu cette chance d’être son assistant de galerie en 1993-94.
Dont j’ai beaucoup appris sur l’art conceptuel.
Femme de caractère extravertie, intelligente et cultivée, belle brune, et belle jambes.

Elle porte très bien les vêtements de Pierre Cardin surtout les couleurs rouge et noire qui lui vont à merveille. Elle aime l'art, les gens, les people, elle a le contact facile. Son plus grand défaut, comme moi, elle aime le champagne, que nous buvons avec « immodération », mais nous savons nous tenir en société.

Sylvana a été longtemps galeriste et c'est une artiste parisienne la plus étonnante et épatante du monde de l’Art. Beaucoup de personnes qui ne cherchent pas à la comprendre, la compare à une « pic assiette », compliment très réducteur, d'une divine femme qui est bien autre chose qu’une belle et jolie plante rouge et noire mondaine car Sylvana fait partie du groupe de l’esthétique de la communication et est directrice de la communication artistique de l’Espace Pierre Cardin à Paris.

Sylvana fait beaucoup d’expérimentations comme Fred Forest qui est un des précurseurs de l’esthétique de la communication. Elle s’est façonnée et s’est sculptée un personnage qui est souvent la cible des incultes (j’aime beaucoup les cibles de Jasper Johns en passant). Elle a rencontré beaucoup d’artistes depuis son enfance (Ben entre autre), et dont l’un des plus talentueux est Pierre Cardin qui lui a servi de matière pour son art. Sylvana est « la grande prêtresse de l’art contemporain, autoproclamée ».

On aime, ou on n’aime pas, mais Sylvana Lorenz ne laisse pas indifférent.
Même si au premier abord, vous pensez que c’est une femme frivole,
méfiez vous de ce diamant qui a plusieurs facettes.

She is a woman, Aquarius, born on the Valentine Day, is from the south of France (Nice).She is a generous woman and I had the luck to be his assistant of gallery in 1993-94.

I have learnt a lot from her about the conceptual art.
She is a brown –haired woman with beautiful legs. She is intelligent, cultivated, extrovert and with a strong temperament.

Pierre Cardin's clothes suit her very well, especially the red and black colors that suit her marvelously. She likes art, people, the jet set, VIPs, she can easily communicate. Her biggest defect, like mine : she likes champagne that we drink with “immoderation”, but we know how to behave in society.

Sylvana was a gallery owner for a long time and she is the greatest and surprising Parisian artist in the world of Art. Many persons who don’t try to understand her, compares her to one “peak plate”, a very reducing compliment ; a divine woman who is indeed the other thing than a beautiful worldly red and black plant. Sylvana belongs to the group of the aesthetics of communication and she is the leader of the artistic communication of the Espace Pierre Cardin in Paris.

Sylvana carries out many experiments like Fred Forest who is one of the precursors of the aesthetics of communication. She shaped and sculptured a person who is often the target of the uncultivated (yes, I like the targets very much to Jasper Johns). She has met many artists since her childhood (Ben among others); and among them we find Pierre Cardin, one of the most talented, who was a kind of “material” artist her art. Sylvana is « the grand priest of the contemporary art, self-proclaimed ».
Either we love her, or we do not love her, but Sylvana Lorenz does not let us indifferent.

Even if at first sight you think that she is a frivolous woman,
be careful of this diamond which has several facets.
